Using Executive Career Management Sites to Increase Your Value and Improve Their Search

If you are looking for additional tools to offer executive job seekers, then executive career management sites like BlueSteps and ExecuNet may be a great option! Executive career management sites provide its members with a forum for being searched and contacted by the most exclusive executive search consultants in the world. They are excellent options for executives that are casting a wide net for their job search and appreciate the exclusivity of these sites and the expectation of confidentiality and discretion that may not be available on LinkedIn. Throughout the job search and after it is completed, these sites provide education and access to newly opened positions so the executive can be assured they are being provided with current information to help manage their careers as well as being aware of other opportunities that present themselves.
