How I work with clients
I scheduled a client interview/phone consult-discovery call to get to know the client better, learn their career goals, current job situation, work history, and education, etc. I confirm their job target, explain my methodology, and how I plan to create their customized resume & cover letter. I deliver the first drafts to them within seven business days from that initial interview. From there, we move into a revision period which normally last about five day or less to refine the drafts. We either iron out the final draft via email or during a second call. Once approved and finalized, I send the client the final version as a Word doc. The next step is complete their LinkedIn optimization packet which leads to the final step/call-wrap-up call where we discuss this content, address any outstanding needs, and receive feedback on the overall process.
