|
Question: I have noticed that whenever I link to www.nrwa.com, the page will not let me use the back button. Why is this? |
Answer: The reason the browser will not let you use the back button is because www.nrwa.com is an actual domain with a redirect to www.thenrwa.com. To fix this issue, change the link to "www.thenrwa.com" instead of "www.nrwa.com." |

Question: Sometimes when I go to visit a page in the Member's-only section, I have to enter my login and password again. Why is this? |
Answer:
This could be due to the following reasons:
- You have not changed pages in more than two hours.
- You have temporarily lost and regained your Internet connection.
Whichever the case, this is normal operation. We appreciate your patience. Automatically logging you off is a security precaution taken to avoid unauthorized access to your account.

Question: When attempting to login, the screen just refreshes, and I am not logged in. What causes this? |
Answer:
Be sure that cookies are enabled when trying to login. This can be done by following these instructions if you are using Internet Explorer (5.5+):
- Open Internet Explorer.
- Click the menu item labeled "Tools."
- (In Internet Explorer 7.0 this is a button underneath the logo that looks like a gear.)
- From the resulting drop-down menu, click "Internet Options."
- From the resulting pop-up, click on the "Privacy" tab.
- On this page, there should be a vertical scroll bar. Ensure this bar is not at the very top. In other words, ensure your privacy level is not "Block All Cookies."
- (Should this be the case, change it to another setting, preferably "High.")

Question: If I fail a section in a quiz, do I have to retake the entire quiz? |
Answer: If you fail a section of a segment of a quiz, you do not have to retake the entire segment, unless the overall average of the segment is less than 80%.

Question: I clicked a link in the quiz section to buy a quiz and got an error message saying the page wasn't found. Is this a known issue? |
Answer: Yes, this is caused when the merchant account that controls purchases goes down for maintenance. Please try again in about one hour. |
|
Question: Why am I not showing up on any searches? |
Answer: There are several reasons for this to happen. The most common being that your membership has lapsed.
If you are certain your membership is active (this can be proven by logging in), then check your user profile. If the last option "Private (do not display in searches)" is checked, you will not show up in searches.
If you are still not showing up in searches after checking the above, then contact the Webmaster via the contact form. |
|
Question: How do I get the logon screen to quit remembering my login credentials? |
Answer: Simply uncheck the box that says "Remember me" and log in. Further visits to the page thereafter will result in your login credentials not being autofilled. If they are still being autofilled, check your browser's settings. |
|
Question: Why doesn't my e-mail address show up in searches? |
Answer: The e-mail display option is one of the many options on your profile page. If it is not checked, your e-mail will not be displayed. |
