She provides freelance writing services, develops resumes and cover letter for job seekers, designs customized training for businesses, and speaks at seminars / business events. Heather also serves as the Business Program Chair at Globe University-Eau Claire. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Management, an MBA, and is currently pursuing a PhD.
