They spend more time planning a vacation than planning the next step in their career. And, they think about it only when they have lost a job.This presentation is designed to help your clients understand, and hopefully participate, in all of the areas that need addressing as they move forward in their quest for a career that is satisfying, and meets their personal and professional goals.
Bio
Ginger has been helping people choose and land satisfying positions since 1988, when she received a M.Ed. in Counselor Education and worked with students and alumni at a university career center. Since then she has worked for an outplacement and spousal relocations firm as a career consultant and résumé writer, and also assists private clients of her own. She calls herself a coach who also writes resumes, and has earned credentials as a Certified Career Management Coach and a Nationally Certified Resume Writer.
Ginger also helps with technical aspects of the job search including company research, social networking, and interview coaching, giving her clients tools to continue managing their careers throughout their lives.
